AFL-CIO Housing Investment Trust Invests $50 Million to Renovate 1,300 Housing Units in Minnesota

The AFL-CIO Housing Investment Trust (HIT) announced a $50 million commitment of union pension capital to finance the substantial rehabilitation of the historic Riverside Plaza apartment complex.
